There are many fake users on avacs live chat. They get banned and re-enter again creating a new Avacs id reason there is no specific identity for user. i have chat on various sites. they ask for your e-mail id whenever you create your new account with them but not in avacs if Avacs admin will ask for user's e-mail account, i am sure no 1 will be there fake and every 1 will use only 1 id with thier e-mail account.
Avacs entering procedure should be this
